Established in January 2006, PERTHSTRONGMAN is the private Strength Training Facility of well known Scottish Strength Athlete Alastair "BIG AL" Christie.
Over the years, "BIG AL" has Promoted, Competed and/ or Refereed at local, Scottish, British, European and/or World level in numerous Strength events, such as Grip, Powerlifting, Tug o' War, Highland Games Heavy Events and Strongman, and has represented Scotland on numerous occasions in a variety of these events, both at Home and abroad.

PERTHSTRONGMAN is located in the Fair City of Perth, the heart of 'Bonnie' Scotland. It is not a Commercial Gym and use of the facility is by appointment only.
The facility is affectionately called "ALHALLA" and many a true warrior of strength has entered within it's walls to do battle alongside "BIG AL" against the many great tests of strength that lie within. These tests include the closing of the simplest of Grippers through to the lifting of the Mightiest of Atlas Stones.

All other facets of strength, between and beyond, are encompassed by training with the vast and varied selection of Event and Gym equipment that the facility provides.
